About the Course


This class is dedicated to helping our Sprouts explore their creativity and develop a strong sense of personal identity through a variety of artistic and expressive activities.


Course Highlights:


Creative Writing:

  • Exploring different genres and styles of writing, from poetry to short stories.

  • Encouraging Sprouts to use writing as a tool for self-expression and storytelling.


Visual Arts:

  • Learning techniques to create art that reflects personal experiences and emotions.


Music and Rhythm:

  • Discovering different types of music and exploring how rhythm and melody can convey emotions.


Drama and Performance:

  • Performing skits and scenes that explore different aspects of personal identity and creativity.


Dance and Movement:

  • Using dance and movement as a form of creative expression.


Crafts and DIY Projects:

  • Creating unique crafts and DIY projects that allow for personal expression.

  • Exploring different materials and techniques to design and make personalized items.


Media and Technology:

  • Exploring how technology can be used creatively, from digital storytelling to video production.

  • Learning basic skills in photography, video editing, and graphic design.


Reflective Journaling:

  • Keeping a creative journal to document thoughts, ideas, and inspirations.


Collaborative Projects:

  • Working together on group projects that combine different forms of creative expression.


By the end of this course, our Sprouts will have developed a deeper understanding of their creative abilities and the confidence to express themselves in various artistic forms. "Express Yourself" is a celebration of creativity, individuality, and self-discovery.
