This class offers a detailed and supportive introduction to understanding and managing the menstrual cycle as they navigate puberty with confidence.


Course Highlights:


Understanding Puberty and the Menstrual Cycle:

  • Explaining the stages of the menstrual cycle, including menstruation, ovulation, and hormonal changes, in a clear and relatable way.


Managing Your Menstrual Health:

  • Teaching practical skills for managing menstrual health, including how to use various menstrual products like pads, tampons, and menstrual cups.

  • Offering advice on how to handle menstrual flow and discomfort.


Emotional and Physical Changes:

  • Exploring the emotional and physical changes that occur during puberty and menstruation, such as mood swings, cramps, and other common symptoms.

  • Providing strategies for managing these changes, including self-care practices and ways to cope with menstrual discomfort.


Personal Hygiene and Care:

  • Emphasizing the importance of personal hygiene during menstruation and puberty, including proper cleaning and care routines.

  • Discussing how to maintain comfort and confidence with personal hygiene practices, and how to address any concerns about menstrual health.


Healthy Lifestyle Choices:

  • Highlighting the role of a balanced diet, regular exercise, and adequate rest in managing menstrual health and overall well-being.

  • Encouraging healthy lifestyle habits that support physical and emotional health during puberty.


Addressing Common Questions and Concerns:

  • Providing a safe and open space for students to ask questions and discuss their concerns about menstruation and puberty.

By the end of this course, our Sprouts will have a comprehensive understanding of their menstrual cycle, equipped with practical skills and the confidence to manage their health during puberty.
