About the Course

This course is designed to introduce our young ladies to the foundational concepts of leadership, helping them discover their unique strengths and build the confidence to lead with kindness and integrity.


Course Highlights:


What is Leadership?

  • Understanding the basic definition of leadership and what makes a good leader.


Self-Discovery:

  • Identifying personal strengths and qualities that make each girl a unique leader.

  • Exploring the importance of self-confidence and self-esteem in leadership.


Communication Skills:

  • Developing effective communication skills, including active listening and clear speaking.

  • Practicing how to express ideas and opinions respectfully and confidently.


Teamwork and Cooperation:

  • Learning the value of teamwork and how to work well with others.

  • Participating in fun group activities that promote cooperation and collaboration.


Problem-Solving:

  • Understanding basic problem-solving techniques and how to approach challenges.

  • Encouraging creative thinking and exploring different solutions to common problems.


Responsibility and Accountability:

  • Learning how to take ownership of actions and decisions.


Kindness and Empathy:

  • Practicing ways to support and encourage others.


Goal Setting:

  • Celebrating small successes and understanding the importance of perseverance.


By the end of this course, our Buds will have a strong foundation in leadership principles and the confidence to step into leadership roles in their everyday lives.
