This class is tailored for our Buds, focusing on making fitness fun and engaging while encouraging a love for physical activity and healthy living.


Course Highlights:


Introduction to Fitness:

  • Exploring the importance of physical activity and its benefits for overall health and well-being.

  • Understanding how exercise helps in building strength, flexibility, and endurance.


Fun Fitness Activities:

  • Participating in a variety of enjoyable fitness activities, including games, dances, and obstacle courses.

  • Engaging in activities that promote coordination, balance, and motor skills.


Outdoor Adventures:

  • Exploring fitness through outdoor activities like hiking, nature walks, and scavenger hunts.
